Each of the BRAIIN Divisions operate throughout the agriculture industry, which traditionally underpenetrated for innovation and analytics, particularly in emerging markets.
Safeguarding crops, securing reliable food supplies and increasing yields are critical, both to the agriculture industry and the global population. Previously Co-founder & CEO of a SaaS business (scaled to $25m revenue, 350 employees and negotiated an exit of Asian business to DFSI), Alumnus of Air Force Academy and Harvard Business School.

Jay has been involved in manufacturing and business development for 34 years, including the 26 years as Non-Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for various listed and unlisted entities in manufacturing, wine, hotels, and property. He has been involved in business acquisitions, mergers, initial public offerings, capital raisings, business restructuring as well as managing all areas of finance for companies.
Vaishnavi Raghuraman

Ms Raghuraman is currently an early employee (Employee Number 2) at Vesta, valuation $180m (grew from 5 to 30 employees in one year, backed by Andreessen Horowitz). Previously early engineer at Brex (grew from $1B to $12B in two years). Built and launched multiple Brex product lines including Brex Cash (business bank account). Also worked as Software Engineer at Blend (FinTech Unicorn) and Facebook. Honors alumni of University of Michigan Engineering.
